Travel and Remote Work Gear

Over the years I’ve travelled extensively and picked up a few tips, tricks, and lots of learnings. Here’s the gear I use to help me get around and stay productive. I optimize for comfort, portability, practicality, and style.

Osprey Farpoint 55L - This has been my go-to backpack on long haul backpacking trips. It accompanied me on jaunts through Southeast Asia, Europe, Latin America and the US. It can usually pass as a carry-on, but it isn’t full-proof and I’ve had to check it a couple of times.

The detachable daypack is perfect for day trips.

The daypack bag conveniently clips onto the front for quick-access items and comfort.

Monos Carry-On Plus - I recently purchased this Monos carry-on and am really enjoying it. It’s functional, sturdy, and stylish. It fits on most major carriers as a carry-on. Can you tell I like the colour green?

Bellroy Transit Backpack 28L - I love this backpack. It perfectly fits all of my remote work gear and it’s comfortable and sturdy for carrying long distances. It can also fit under airplane seats making it have great carrying value as a personal item. Coupled with the Monos Carry-On, I rarely ever need to check a bag.

Remote Office

Here’s the gear I always travel with that helps me stay productive, organized, and ergonomic during my travels.

Bellroy Tech Kit, MacBook Air, Bellroy Laptop Sleeve, Laptop Stand, Apple AirPods Max, Anker Portable Battery, Apple AirPods Pro, Belkin iPhone Mount, Apple Keyboard, Jelly Comb Mouse, Asus Portable Screen

I love this picture as it shows the usual chaos and disorder of a mobile work office. Here’s a random day-in-the-life shot from an Airbnb in Lagos, Portugal.
